Kathy: I’m good. How about you?
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: I’m really good. Thank you for asking. And I appreciate that. I was just calling to see that our technician was in your home, and I want. Yeah, I wanted to say we appreciate you choose enough and wanted to say thank you for letting us be in service today.
Kathy: Oh, quite welcome.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: I just kind of want to make sure that Caden, you know, he arrived on time today and was courteous in the home and everything.
Kathy: You know what? What a fine, fine young man. He is. And, you know, no different than every other service professional who has come to our home. I mean, this is why we use you guys is.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: Yeah. You have 100% of our maintenance business in our home, and the main reason is because of your staff, not only who comes to the home, but all of you guys who, you know, support the technician.
Kathy: So I love hearing that.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: Yeah, he was here on time was was, you know, courteous, you know, puts his, you know, you know, you guys always are just so respectful as though you’re in your you know, as though this is your own home and that, you know, one of the hallmarks of your service and explained everything to me and know it was as I would expect, a great visit.
Kathy: Well, thank you so much. That’s amazing. I love hearing all of that. Hi. My best phone call to make that. I love that. And I hope they I mean, every phone call like that.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: Well, it should be because it isn’t. I mean, you guys are top notch. So I. I mean, we’ve been using you for a very long time, so I can’t imagine that people aren’t aren’t pleased. It’s their problem, not your problem.
Kathy: So you want to be an advocate. You wanna do some commercial for us?
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: Now, I know you guys are great. Yeah. We’re really. It’s just. It’s just so easy. Especially this is. This is not our full-time home, so. Oh, okay. Yeah. So the part that’s so nice is I just never have to worry.
Kathy: Yeah.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: You guys make sure that I’m on. I stay on schedule with my visits, and I never have anything slip through the cracks. And my home is always running. So when I arrive here, it’s ready to go. I never have to worry.
Kathy: Good. That’s good.
Master Services Plumbing Heating and Cooling: Yeah, that’s the best part.
Kathy: Well, I very much appreciate that. Thank you for that.
