Our heating and cooling problems were that we have had carbon monoxide leaks since we purchased our home in 2016. Our previous service provider has been doing “repairs” and “fixes” at least twice a year since then, with no success. I suggested replacing the boiler numerous times but was assured that it wasn’t necessary. Mary suggested that Master Services come out to do a “safety inspection”, which I am happy we did!

Was the technician friendly and professional?  Jack, Morgan, and Brad are all very friendly and professional.

Did he explain the situation well?  The situation and process was explained great, even with any hiccups that occurred.

Did he explain the cost well? The price was explained before the work took place.

Did he do a good job overall? They all did a phenomenal job with everything.

Clean up? They have been by far the cleanest providers we have ever had! I truly appreciate this!

How was the follow-up? The follow-up was always great. After every service I received a follow-up call from the office to ensure everything went as planned.

Mary’s company Master Services is amazing! We have been having boiler issues for years with another company and she suggested a safety inspection.
